ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE
Jana Ayurveda offers wellness and relaxation massage services at home and in health centres, yoga sessions in the form of courses and workshops and other wellness services. The website: http://www.jana-ayurveda.com provides access to the catalogue of these services.
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to set out the rules governing the contractual relationship between Jana Ayurveda and the customer, hereinafter referred to as “the customer”, who purchases a service from Jana Ayurveda.
These general terms and conditions of sale are easily accessible to the customer from the website http://www.jana-ayureda.com and are indicated at each purchase occasion.
The customer accepts these terms and conditions by tacit agreement and acknowledges that he/she is aware of them before validating the purchase.
Jana Ayurveda reserves the right to modify or adapt its General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time and without prior notice, it being specified here that the applicable conditions are those in force on the site at the date of placing the order or of the act of purchase.

ARTICLE 2 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION OR RESERVATION
2.1.. Reservation of a well-being massage, relaxation and ayurvedic assessment service
The client is informed that the ordering of a service is subject to the imperative obligation to book by telephone or by e-mail to the addresses indicated. The customer specifies the day and time desired to receive the chosen order. Contact for booking: Geraldine Saint-Gilles :0466 551 720
Once the reservation has been made by telephone or by email, a confirmation of the reservation is sent by email to the client as proof of the reservation and specifying the amount to be paid by the client (see rates and payment below).
To cancel an appointment, the Client has 72 hours before the appointment to cancel the service. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the service with no possibility of reimbursement of any amount.
In case of no show the day of the prestation, there is no refund possibble.
The wellness and relaxation massage that we offer at Jana Ayurveda is not similar to medical massage and is not a substitute for it.
2.2. Yoga workshops for adults, children, schools and families
Registration for a yoga workshop, whether online or in person, is open to all levels of yoga practitioners, subject to availability.
The customer is informed that booking a place in a workshop is subject to the obligation to make a reservation by telephone, e-mail or directly online at the addresses indicated. The customer specifies the desired day and time. Contact for reservations: Geraldine Saint-Gilles 0466 551 720
2.3 Yoga classes (or sessions)
Schedule: Jana Ayurveda offers yoga sessions from Monday to Friday. The schedule of sessions is indicated on one or more of Jana Ayurveda and Yoga’s communication materials. This schedule does not constitute a contractual obligation. It may change from time to time during the year.
Registration for courses is open to all levels of practitioners unless otherwise stated.
ARTICLE 3 – PRICING POLICY, TERMS OF PAYMENT, REFUNDS
All prices and promotional offers are expressed in prices including all taxes (TTC) and are those in force at the time of the reservation of any service.
JANA AYURVEDA reserves the right to change at any time of the year the prices indicated.
An order for one or more services is said to be validated after the Customer has received an order confirmation email, (issued only for the massage service) and the complete collection of the sums due by JANA AYURVEDA.
The means of payment available are cash or bank transfer, credit card
The payment made by the Customer is not a deposit and cannot be refunded.
• for a cancellation at +72h: your deposit will be refunded
• for a cancellation between 24 and 72 hours: the deposit will be transformed into a credit note, which you can use for a future service or the purchase of a gift voucher
• for a cancellation within 24 hours: the deposit will be kept. In the case of an unexpected event and justified cancellation, the deposit will be transformed into a credit note that can be used for a future service
The customer is informed that any order placed and paid for cannot be reimbursed in full or in part in the event of cancellation or dissatisfaction with the service.
3.4.a. Yoga sessions
Les subscriptions are personal, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and valid only for the period subscribed.
Le customer acknowledges that he/she has taken note of the schedule as well as of the payment conditions and the instructions which can be found on the website of JANA-AYURVEDA.
3.4.b. Cancellation by the client for medical reasons
No refund will be made in case of medical reasons prior to the order of the service.
The customer expressly acknowledges that he/she has been informed of this before participating in a massage session or yoga and ayurveda workshop.
The client declares and takes responsibility for his or her person when purchasing one or more of the above-mentioned services, that he or she is not suffering from any physical or mental disorder, is not undergoing any specific medical treatment and is perfectly fit to receive a massage or to practice yoga.
ARTICLE 4 – COMMITMENTS – OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT
Whether in a massage session or during a yoga session or workshop, the client acknowledges that participation requires personal investment, good physical condition on the one hand, and good manners and behaviour on the other. Any behaviour that could jeopardize his own safety, that of others or that would prevent the good progress of the session will be sanctioned by the definitive exclusion of the student without the latter being able to claim a refund of the sums paid to JANA AYURVEDA.
Any recording whatsoever (sound, video, etc.) without the explicit written authorization of JANA AYURVEDA is strictly prohibited.
ARTICLE 6 – RESPONSIBILITY AND GUARANTEE
As Jana Ayurveda is not in a position to evaluate the physical or mental capacities of the client, nor to control the information transmitted by the client when registering for a yoga workshop or massage session, Jana Ayurveda strongly recommends that the client consult his or her doctor in order to obtain a certificate of fitness to practice yoga and to ask for his or her opinion regarding the reception of a massage in case of suspicions of any nature whatsoever.
All information, advice and/or other results are not intended to constitute or replace medical advice.
Jana Ayurveda will not be held responsible for any accident that may occur to a student during a massage, workshop or yoga session. Jana Ayurveda will not be liable for any accident that occurs during the course of a massage, workshop or yoga service, unless it can be proven that the accident was caused by Jana Ayurveda or one of its service providers, or can be proven in court.
Jana Ayurveda shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage suffered by the student if the student’s behaviour is the cause of or contributes to the damage he/she claims to have suffered.
ARTICLE 7 – PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF CUSTOMER DATA
Personal information collected by Jana Ayurveda may include name, postal and/or e-mail address, mobile phone number, bank details etc. The personal data collected by Jana Ayurveda is confidential. Jana Ayurveda undertakes not to disclose it to third parties. This information and data is also kept for security purposes, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and to enable Jana Ayurveda to improve and personalise the services and information sent by letter or e-mail.
