Golden Milk

  • 2 tablespoons of ground curcuma
  • 2 tablespoons of cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 10 ml of water

In a small sauce pan, heat the curcuma and the water. Blend until a homogeneous
mixture is attained. Add the rest of the spices, as well as the coconut oil. Simmer the mixture for about 15 minutes, stirring constantly.

When your golden paste is finished cooking, pour it into a clean glass jar and keep it in the
refrigerator. 

To make your delicious golden milk, heat a cup of cow’s or vegan milk with a small spoonful of the paste.
Stir until the paste is thoroughly dissolved, then enjoy your wonderful winter drink.

Tip: Golden milk is a wonderful substitute for your morning coffee
