Herbal teas DIY
Ayurvedic herbal infusions can be very easily made. You just need some basic spices in
your cupboard.
3 or 4 spices are enough to flavour your drink, and you can easily keep it with you all day
in a thermos.
Herbal teas can be adapted to the different doshas. Ayurveda recommends consuming the
drinks warm.
