Ingrédients :

  • 2 blocks of unsalted organic butter
  • gauze and a fine mesh sieve for straining butter

Instruction :

Heat the butter in a deep pot on low temperature for 45 minutes to an hour. While it is
cooking, keep removing the scum off the top.

Once the butter is finished cooking, strain the butter using the gauze and the sieve, in
order to remove any burnt particles.

Pour the strained ghee into a clean glass jar.

Tip :

Always use a clean wooden spoon to scoop out the ghee.
