Ayurvedic cooking is also appreciated by kids.
Here’s an easy way to make littles ones eat cabbage.

Ingredients

  • a bunch of kale
  • 1/2 teaspoon of curcuma
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • a turn off the pepper mill
  • a good table spoon of olive oil

Preheat the oven on th 5.

Cut the cabbage ribs.
Wash the leaves and dry them carefully.
Cut leaves in half to make crisp. Dont cut them to small
Put all ingredients in a salad bowl and mix well.
Take a baked plate and cover it with  baking paper, put kale on it.
Let is cook for 10 to 12 minutes.

Kale should be crunchy. Serve it warm
