About us
Géraldine Saint Gilles
Ayurvedic Therapist & Yoga teacher

I was introduced to Ayurveda during a trip to India. This intriguing word kept coming up in several passionate conversations about the Indian art of living. Being curious by nature, I decided to try out a traditional treatment.
The massage was a true journey. The gentle touch, perfect and harmonious transported me to another place. This holistic medicine takes the whole person into account, speaks of happiness, treats with medicinal plants and considers the “patient, not the disease, as the object of the treatment.”
This is how the story begins. In spring of 2004, I returned to Australia, the island where I was living at the time. I signed up for a yoga course and I read several books on Ayurveda. I had finally found the “essential” piece that was missing in my life at the time.
Since then, Ayurveda and Yoga have become part of my daily routine. When I went back to France, I learned how to teach this “art of healthy living”. Conscious that this ancestral science is a lifelong apprenticeship, I continually seek to learn more about it.
I have trained at several institution and have taken many training courses included:
- Yogsansara school (Paris/Inde)
- Intensive training Ayurvedic massage and psychology
- Massage for Expectant Mothers
- Shiro abhyanga
- European Institute of Vedic Studies
- Intensive Training in Ayurvedic nutrition
- School Yoga & Ayurveda Health (Belgique)
- Training in facial purifying treatments
- Relaxing Sattvic Massage
- Garshan and (Ud)varthan massage
- Shirodhara
- Ayurveda Herbal balls
- Center JAYA de Yoga Vedanta (Reunion Island)
